Terms and Conditions for "QuickShaver" Products:
The validity of the warranty is contingent upon the presentation of both a valid warranty card and the original purchase invoice of the appliance for our service purposes.
The warranty card must bear the dealer's legible stamp along with the date of purchase clearly indicated in the (DD/MM/YYYY) format. The warranty will not be deemed valid if the dealer stamp is missing from the warranty card or if it is illegible.
The customer is required to present the original warranty card and the original purchase invoice together. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being declared invalid.
"Quickshaver" reserves the right to decline all warranty services if the aforementioned documents are not provided or if the information contained therein is incomplete.
The warranty will be deemed void if the original purchase invoice or the original warranty card is found to be tampered with.
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects of the product during the warranty period.
"Quickshaver," at its sole discretion, will undertake repair or replacement of defective parts or replace the appliance if deemed necessary.
Repairs or replacements of appliances under warranty will be performed exclusively by "Quickshaver." In such instances, "Quickshaver" will undertake repairs, replacement of any part, or replacement of the appliance during the warranty period. The warranty will continue for the remaining duration of the original warranty thereafter.
This warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from dust, foreign objects, fire, water, falls, input voltage fluctuations, mishandling, commercial use, dismantling, lightning, floods, acts of natural calamity, or use contrary to the operations specified in the User Manual provided with the appliance.
"Quickshaver" assumes no responsibility for damages if the appliance is dismantled or repaired (including accessories or attachments) by unauthorized personnel. In such cases, the warranty will not apply.
"Quickshaver" will not be held responsible for damages arising due to improper care of the appliance or losses incurred from mishandling during transit.
The cost of transporting the product from the customer's location to the "Quickshaver" service center is not covered by this warranty.
"Quickshaver" shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control.
This warranty restriction does not affect your rights under statutory laws.
